I'm Harri, a writer, Mat Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer and leader in running fitness.
I lead many running groups and I'm a keen long distance runner myself having run 9 marathons to date. I'm also an author and have written 2 books so far: 'Pilates for Runners' was published in April 2017 and 'Pilates for Living' was published in 2018, both by Bloomsbury.
