I'm Harri, an experienced Mat Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer and leader in running fitness. I lead many running groups and I'm a keen long distance runner myself having run 8 marathons to date. I also write. My first book 'Pilates for Runners' is being published by Bloomsbury Sport next April 2017.

Our running groups have been featured in Women's Running and Running Fitness Magazines and I've had short stories and articles published in various UK magazines.

With many years of experience in the fitness industry and a passion for the benefits of Pilates for runners, I have my own studio in Marlow, Bucks where I hold popular classes for both beginners and those with more experience. I've also produced a DVD called 'Real Pilates for Real People' and of course, I'm working on my first novel!

I'm a keen advocate of plant-based eating for health and our environment.
